To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: with original packaging intact.

3. Return Shipping:
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
